Poker has become world famous as of late, with televised championships and celebrity poker game events. The games universal appeal, though, stretches back in reality a bit farther than its television ratings. Over the years many types on the first poker game have been created, including a few games that are not really poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these particular games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely affiliated with twenty-one than long-standing poker, in that the players bet against the house rather than the other players. The winning hands, are the established poker hands. There is little concealment or different kinds of boondoggle. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up before the dealer announcing "No more bets." At that point, both you and the house and of course all of the different gamblers attain 5 cards. After you have seen your hand and the casino’s 1st card, you need to in turn make a call bet or bow out. The call wager’s value is akin to your beginning wager, meaning that the risks will have doubled. Giving Up means that your bet goes instantaneously to the dealer. After the wager comes the conclusion. If the house does not have ace/king or greater, your bet is given back, with a figure equal to the original bet. If the dealer does have ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand beats the casino’s hand. The bank pays cash even with your ante and controlled odds on your call bet. These expectations are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- 2-1 for two pairs
- three to one for 3 of a kind
- four to one for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
- fifty to one for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
