Web poker has become world celebrated recently, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game shows. Its universal appeal, though, stretches back in reality a bit further than its television ratings. Over the years numerous variants on the earliest poker game have been developed, including a handful of games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely resembling chemin de fer than old guard poker, in that the gamblers wager against the casino instead of the other players. The succeeding hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is no concealment or other types of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up prior to the croupier declares "No further bets." At that point, both you and the casino and of course all of the different players receive five cards. After you have looked at your hand and the dealer’s initial card, you need to in turn make a call wager or give up. The call wager’s amount is equal to your original ante, meaning that the stakes will have doubled. Surrendering means that your bet goes instantaneously to the house. After the bet is the conclusion. If the dealer doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your wager is returned, including an amount in accordance with the initial wager. If the casino does have ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand is greater than the dealer’s hand. The casino pays out money even with your wager and fixed odds on your call wager. These odds are:
- Even for a pair or high card
- two to one for 2 pairs
- 3-1 for three of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- 20-1 for a four of a kind
- 50-1 for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
